Tae San Academy — Establishment, health and gym at 111 Main Street, Hebron, Connecticut.

I began taking Taekwondo at Tae San at age 33. For me it was something I never got to try as a kid, and seemed like a fun thing to try for a few weeks to be more active. I've decided to stick with it and it's a great thing to look forward to after a crazy day at work (or home). Mr. Lesinski teaches most classes and he's very respectful of his students and the art. Tae San is a great place for families and individual improvement and tranquility. I've had range of motion issues in one of my legs and hip since I was in an accident as a kid. Now my legs are nearly equal, which is fantastic, and has made my neck problems go away for a long time now. I'm really surprised there is room for new students!
